Join us on July 20th, 2024, at the House of Cannabis Stage at Tacoma Porchfest (Instagram) — a spectacular showcase of regional independent music and community spirit! Spanning dozens of porches and hundreds of bands in a 12 square block neighborhood in Central Tacoma, Washington, immerse yourself in a day filled with captivating performances from talented artists across the Pacific Northwest. All of this occuring on “your neighbor’s” porch.

At the House of Cannabis stage, at 619 S Oakes St, we do it just a tiny bit different, going from just before official start, through the whole duration of the festival, as this stage is sponsored, and we are dead center to the north side of the festival, and half a block  from the festival information center.

We kick off the festivities at 1:00 PM, Low Hums will take the stage and wow you all with their psych rock experience. Then enjoy the mesmerizing jams of The Quick & Easy Boys at 2:00 PM, their infectious energy, and brilliant stage performance.  Rock and rollers The Purrs from Seattle will fully rock you at 3:00 PM, leading up to the sure-to-be-killer headline performance by Rick Bain & The Genius Position at 4:00 PM, where you’ll experience a song-smith and his talented band will split the speakers and melt some faces; You’ll be bummed if you aren’t there. They’re amazing. Closing out the day and taking us off to dreamland, it’s CHAD at 5:15PM to festival close.
